PAUL DILANZO
After 27 years of experience as one of Perth’s leading real estate sales representatives there isn’t much that Paul wouldn’t know when it comes to selling your home for a premium price and ensuring you have the most amazing experience whilst doing so.

95% of Pauls business comes from repeat clients and referrals and he prides himself on his strong work ethic and customer experience which he learned from his mother and father.

At the age of five he would run around playing hide and seek among the furniture and carpet rolls in his dad’s furniture shop, where he would listen to him selling to the local European families. Little did he know, he was establishing solid sales foundations from a very young age.

“I thrust myself into the world of real estate in 1997 and have never looked back, I still work hard every day, striving to be the best. He has lived and worked around Leederville, North Perth, Coolbinia and Menora for most of his career and has an intimate knowledge of the types and styles of homes and the types of buyers they attract. Of course, with so many years selling there are also many other suburbs that he has successfully sold in too.

HAYLEY VEITCH
Hayley's background was in marketing, but in 2005 she fell head first into a career in Real Estate and never looked back.

She spent many years of her career in real estate working at home opens and residential & project sales, but was always behind the scenes doing what she love - marketing, both property and personal branding.

Now a mum of two young children, you'll find her working more behind the scenes. Marketing your property, liaising with both sellers and buyers as we progress towards settlement and constantly evolving our brand.

MONTANA COLREAVY
Montana has been working in the real estate industry since 2010. Her commitment, organisation and meticulous attention to detail is nothing less than exceptional. These along with many other skills has helped her fulfill various positions within the industry, even allowing her to assist in running a real estate business for a number of years.
